Refund policy

At Real Benz Content, we aim to provide a fair and transparent return and refund process for our customers.


Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product is:

  • Damaged during transit

  • Defective

  • Incorrect item received

  • Missing item from the order

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused

  • The product must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Certain items may be non-returnable due to hygiene, safety, or product nature. Any such exclusions are clearly mentioned on the product page.


Reporting an Issue

To request a return or refund, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos or an unboxing video (if applicable)


Return Process

Once a return request is approved:

  • We may arrange a pickup or request the customer to ship the item back

  • Returned items must be unused and in original packaging

After the returned item is received and inspected, the refund or replacement will be processed.


Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer after confirmation.


Replacements

A replacement may be provided if:

  • Stock is available

  • The issue is verified

  • The customer prefers replacement over refund


Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before shipment.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but the order may qualify for a return if it meets the return eligibility conditions.
