• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday).

• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

• Once your order is processed, you will receive an email/SMS confirmation along with tracking details.

Shipping Charges

Our shipping fees are based on the total weight of your order:

• Orders up to 0.5 kg: ₹50

• Orders 1 kg and above: ₹100

Shipping rates are shown clearly at checkout before payment. There are no hidden charges.

Shipping Timeline

Delivery time after dispatch typically falls between:

• 3 to 7 business days for most serviceable PIN codes

• Remote, rural, or special-route regions may take longer

These timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or operational constraints.

Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to most PIN codes across India through reliable courier partners.
Customers can check deliverability using the “Check Delivery” option available on product pages.

Shipment Tracking

Once shipped, customers will receive an SMS/email containing the tracking link.
Tracking statuses may include:

• Processing

• Packed

• Dispatched

• Out for Delivery

A delivery attempt may fail due to:

The courier will attempt delivery again. Repeated failed attempts may result in the package being returned to us.
